Building Project Update

Finally, after many years of planning, spirited debate and lastly, consensus, the Pocono Farms East Association Civic Center / Office Complex is on its way! The Civic Center will be constructed on the corner of Horatio Road and Hamlet Road.
The final permits and township and municipal approvals were received in late April. A groundbreaking was scheduled for April 17th but due to anticipated un-cooperation from Mother Nature it was postponed at the last minute. Keep your eye on the bulletin board at the main mailbox pavilion for the rescheduled date.
This building, totaling 3,184 square feet, will allow the community to have a central base of operations to best serve you, the residents. A large meeting room will afford the opportunity for community events.
